She also held positions as Technology Development and Agrono my Lead for the U.S. Seeds and Traits business\; Regional Business Directo r for the Seeds & Traits and Crop Protection organizations\; and Corn Pric ing Lead and Business Development Director for Food Quality Traits.  \nIn Brazil\, she was the Soybean Licensing Manager\, where she played a key ro le in developing and leading the implementation of Roundup Ready Soybean v alue capture system.
