 ife long learning path.\n\n\n\n\nThe training consists of 3 topics and inc
 ludes 14 modules under these topics:\n\nIn Topic 1\, you will reflect on y
 our leadership qualities and plan your own leadership path\, discover the 
 key factors of successful leadership and learn what others expect of you a
 s a leader.\n\nIn Topic 2\, you will learn about managing and growing team
 s\, giving and receiving constructive feedback\, motivating your team\, co
 nflict management and intercultural awareness.\n\nIn Topic 3\, you will le
 arn about you in organizations\, how to manage change\, communicate effect
 ively\, get a position on boards as well as techniques for sponsoring and 
 mentoring.\n\nThe program is developed in cooperation with BPW Internation
 al Taskforce „Leadership & Lifelong Learning“.\n\nThe training in Lausanne
  will be among the first BPW leadership trainings for women in Europe.\n\n
