  in the future? At the dawn of the fourth industrial revolution technologi
 cal advances\, digitalization and robotization are in the focus of all maj
 or discussions\, however challenges are significantly different geographic
 ally. What role can women play in driving the forthcoming changes? It is u
 ndoubted that overall gender equality contributes to higher economic growt
 h and improves living conditions. So what is the situation in terms of gen
 der equality in Europe\, in the United States and in the emerging parts of
  the world? \n \nJudit Kozenkow is going to discuss these issues with a pi
 nch of personal excitement and enthusiasm for economics. She will talk us 
 through her personal journey of being a diplomat's wife that equals freque
 nt interruptions in a career path. Realizing that\, she decided not to giv
 e up her passions and started thinking differently: realizing projects! Sh
 e will introduce a couple of interesting ventures for the audience\, inclu
 ding the Boardroom Diversity project of Johns Hopkins University\, Washing
 ton DC\, and recent research experiences with African countries at the Uni
 ted Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD). \n \nJudit holds
  a Ph.D. in Economics and has 8 years of experience in the field of intern
 ational economics. She has worked in different positions and developed ski
 lls through teaching\, research and project management. She participated i
 n the Women in the Boardroom project and worked in the financial sector at
  the biggest Hungarian bank. Currently she teaches at Webster University o
 f Geneva and EU Business School\, conducts research at Graduate Institute\
 , and works as a consultant at UNCTAD's Trade\, Gender and Development Pro
 gram. She lived and worked in Hungary and in the United States and moved t
 o Geneva in early 2016. She is passionate about running\, yoga and tennis.
  She loves dancing salsa. She is also a certified sommelier. Being fit\, h
 ealthy and dynamic are her guiding principles.  \n
