 Lake Geneva with the theme of her talk being about challenging yourself an
 d keeping yourself motivated - whether in sports\, business or private lif
 e.\n    \n    It’s not always that straight forward and sometimes it’s eas
 y to lose focus and struggle when it all feels like it’s too much or simpl
 y not possible. Andrew will share how she approached her first long distan
 ce triathlon and how it helped her to reset\, switch off if needed\, and s
 tart with new energy - balancing work and life. There is some truth in the
  Ironman slogan: Anything is possible!\n\n     Andrea\, originally from Fr
 ankfurt Germany\, moved to Geneva in 2012 and is working as Director Airpo
 rt Infrastructure & Regulatory Affairs for the International Air Transport
  Association (IATA). Her focus has always been in the aviation industry\, 
 starting her career at Frankfurt International Airport in the area of stra
 tegic development and the designing of terminal operations. She continued 
 in Accenture’s aviation consulting unit on various projects for Airline’s 
 Cargo and Passenger operations\, Aviation MRO and Airport Operations befor
 e joining IATA.\n\n    From her office window she is able to see the Jura 
 and that is motivating her for her real passion spending time outside in t
 he beautiful area around Geneva\, cycling\, running or swimming. Around 10
  years back she was convinced by a friend to try a triathlon\, and since t
 hen she couldn’t stop and loves doing the long-distance triathlon races\, 
 although her favorite part is on the bike. Andrea enjoys cycling around th
 e Jura with friends\, stopping for a coffee on top of the hills and enjoyi
 ng the view.  For her that is the best way to clear the mind and find new
