 y. That is why it is so important that we all continue to actively and lou
 dly oppose and campaign for this to change one day: for all working women\
 , but also for our descendants. Around this day\, many action-packed and c
 reative events take place within our almost forty BPW clubs - just keep an
  eye on the calendar of events in your region/club and get involved.\n\nTh
 is year - as in 2022 - we are placing Equal Pay Day under the main theme o
 f 'Gender Pension Gap'\, which manifests itself primarily in the 2nd pilla
 r and is determined by the upcoming vote on pension reform. BPW Switzerlan
 d will contribute to the ongoing discussion and take into account the diff
 erent points of view. We call on all BPW to find answers to the following 
 questions together:\n\nWhat does the Gender Pension Gap have to do with Eq
 ual Pay Day? What are the structural problems underlying the Gender Pensio
 n Gap? What aspects are important in the upcoming LPP reform? What can I d
 o myself to improve my prospects of a living pension? What risks do I need
