In Europe since 1987 she completed her MBA at Thunderbird in Germany an d immediately went to work for Procter and Gamble in sales and marketing. In 92 P&G brought her to Geneva where she moved to brand management. After 11 years with P&G\, she went to IMD in Lausanne where she led the Marketi ng and Career Services for the IMD MBA programme.
