 ell\n\nAlessandra joined Honeywell in March 2000 as HR Generalist in one o
 f the \nproduction Plant of Honeywell Turbo Technologies located central I
 taly. In \nJune 2003 she moved to Lausanne\, Switzerland were she was appo
 inted\nHR Project Manager for the implementation of the Regionalization Pr
 oject\,\nwhich involved the relocation of about 100 employees with their f
 amilies to \nSwitzerland in the new European Regional Center of Honeywell 
 Turbo \nTechnologies. From April 2004 she served as HR Manager supporting 
 \nIntegrated Supply Chain Europe and India. In addition to that\, she was 
 \nleading several HR projects for Honeywell Transportation Systems Europe 
 \n(such as 360° feedback\, Honeywell Performance and Development\, Quality
  \nExcellence Initiative\, Talent Management) for which she spent 3 months
  in \nthe US. In 2008 Alessandra accepted a new role as HR Country Manager
  \nItaly and she relocated back in her home Country.  More recently \nAles
 sandra held the position of HR Leader\, North Italy\, Greece and Croatia 
 \nas well as playing a critical role in the development of the North Afric
 a \nregion. \n\nFrom April 2014 she has accepted the role of HR Leader\, S
 witzerland. In \nher new role\, she is responsible for managing and enhanc
 ing the One \nCountry organization in Switzerland. Canton Vaud\, were she 
 moved back in \nJuly 2014 is now home for Alessandra\, her husband and the
 ir 3 kids. \n\nIn addition to her native Italian she speaks English and Fr
