Ula Fode (Moderator): Ula Fode has over 17 years of experience at P&G, where she has led diverse teams for more than a decade, often remotely and across different time zones. Her diverse experience, including managing a dual career, international moves, and raising a child while staying active in all aspects of life, gives her a unique view on balancing ambition with life's demands. Always active on the organizational front, she has also recently joined BPW Club with the objective to help others grow and foster exchange on career and personal growth choices.

She thrives around people, at the intersection of engineering critical thinking, business acumen, and empathetic leadership, turning complexity into impact. Microelectronics Engineering degree, IMD MBA, trilingual, German in the making, and very excited for what comes next!
Valentina Fiorda: Seasoned finance professional with 20+ years of experience gained across diverse European markets, Valentina brings a unique blend of business acumen and hands-on leadership. As a mother of two girls and a former entrepreneur, she is passionately committed to fostering meaningful careers, particularly for women in business. Besides her Senior Finance role at Procter & Gamble, she actively engages in campus recruitment and support young women pursuing professional paths, particularly in business and finance.
