Sophrology: Resilience Tools for Busy Lives

Speaker: Caroline Dykes
"Women who thrive don't just work hard — they know how to recharge. This session is your opportunity to discover practical tools to manage stress, build resilience, and show up as your best self — at work, at home, and everywhere in between."

We're delighted to invite you to an interactive session exploring Sophrology — a practical, accessible technique developed in Europe in the 1960s and now used worldwide to manage stress, build resilience, and restore balance in daily life.

What to Expect

In this hands-on session, you will:

• Discover the essentials of stress and resilience.
• Learn simple, practical exercises you can use immediately.
• Experience guided breathing, gentle movement, and visualisation techniques.

No prior experience is needed — just an open mind and permission to prioritise yourself for an evening. Exercises will be done seated and standing.

Your Speaker: Caroline Dykes

The session will be led by Caroline Dykes, a qualified sophrologist who brings both warmth and credibility to her practice.

With a corporate background, Caroline knows first-hand how easily professional women can feel constantly "on" — and how rarely we give ourselves space to truly switch off. Sophrology changed that for her. She was drawn to the simplicity and accessibility of the practice and now guides others on their own journey to wellbeing.
