About
Careers rarely move in straight lines. Restructuring, new technologies, and shifting priorities mean that even strong professionals can find themselves stuck - waiting for the right opening, unsure of the next step, or watching opportunities pass by. This talk introduces the 3D Method (Define, Detect, Develop), a practical framework Manuela created and has applied with professionals across international organizations, NGOs, and the private sector. Participants will learn how to define what they truly want from their career, detect opportunities others miss, and develop the skills and networks to act on them. Whether you are job-seeking, aiming for the next level, or rethinking your direction, you will leave with concrete tools you can apply immediately — and a clear answer to the question: will you act, or get stuck? The session includes real examples and time for questions.
