Ruth Kearns Wollmann is an ICF-accredited Leadership and Executive Coach and co-President of BPW Lake Geneva. She helps senior leaders do the deeper inner work that creates lasting change — not just better behaviours, but a more grounded, integrated and courageous way of leading. Her background spans cognitive psychology research, 14 years as a business executive at Procter & Gamble, and over a decade of coaching leaders across corporate and NGO environments.
Severine Jourdain is a recognized executive leadership and business coach with 20+ years’ experience, ICF MCC credentialed, supporting C-Suite individuals, leadership teams, and full organizations to thrive. She has supported large companies and multinationals in the FMCG, banking, Oil, Chemistry, and Pharma industries.
