The 1960’s saw an acceleration in the move for social equality, but equality for women in the workplace was still a distant dream. How much closer have we come to reaching these goals? Has the situation changed for professional women since the women’s movement started working for changes? What’s going well, what’s not?

Catalyst has been working on these issues since its founding in 1962. It is a global non-profit organization whose mission is to expand opportunities for women and business. It acts as a catalyst through its pioneering research, tools and services, events and Awards.
