Thrive, with a very clear goal in mind - to empower 1 million parents to choose professional careers AND family life, without overwhelm and guilt, by 2020.
Why? Too many talented women burn out or leave their careers because they feel it is impossible to juggle family and professional life, often exacerbated if there is no family support locally and often bias’ at many levels.
How will Thrive reach its goal? Empowering individuals through coaching & training, whilst working in parallel with the individuals’ organisations to identify and eliminate system

ic toxic behaviours, so that women feel there is a choice to stay and be energised and fulfilled at work.
