SPECIAL IMD EVENT

PROGRESS OR POLARISATION FOR WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP :

PANEL DISCUSSION WITH FEMALE SENIOR EXECUTIVES

We have witnessed some progress in the representation of women in executive roles over the past years – even though women are still far behind equal representation. At the same time, a new political and cultural backlash towards Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) grew in 2024. Voiced by a number of high-profile leaders, some corporations have publicly withdrawn support for their DE&I initiatives.

Indeed, opinions on DE&I may be more polarized than ever. As we witness political backlashes, denouncing progress in the field of DE&I as ‘woke culture’, this is a critical juncture for women. In our panel discussion we want to discuss wow organizations can make progress in a seemingly polarized debate to foster inclusion and plurality.

This event will be held on Friday March 7th at 12:00 on the IMD campus.
