Speaker: Julianne Jammers
Senior Director, Head of Business Engagement & Development
Julianne will talk about the work of the World Economic Forum and offer her view of the mission of the organization and attempt to dispel the myth of the Davos gathering each January.
She will also share her experience of moving from the private sector to academia and on to not-for-profit/public sector. In Europe since 1987 she completed her MBA at Thunderbird in Germany and immediately went to work for Procter and Gamble in sales and marketing. In 92 P&G brought her to Geneva where she moved to brand management. After 11 years with P&G, she went to IMD in Lausanne where she led the Marketing and Career Services for the IMD MBA programme. In 2003 she went to the World Economic Forum to launch the Global Leadership Fellows programme and took the lead in HR and is now Head of Business Engagement and Development. She and her husband Thomas live in Geneva with their 3 boys.
