Alessandra Malhamé
Human Resources Country Leader – Switzerland, Honeywell

Alessandra joined Honeywell in March 2000 as HR Generalist in one of the
production Plant of Honeywell Turbo Technologies located central Italy. In
June 2003 she moved to Lausanne, Switzerland were she was appointed
HR Project Manager for the implementation of the Regionalization Project,
which involved the relocation of about 100 employees with their families to
Switzerland in the new European Regional Center of Honeywell Turbo
Technologies. From April 2004 she served as HR Manager supporting
Integrated Supply Chain Europe and India. In addition to that, she was
leading several HR projects for Honeywell Transportation Systems Europe
(such as 360° feedback, Honeywell Performance and Development, Quality
Excellence Initiative, Talent Management) for which she spent 3 months in
the US. In 2008 Alessandra accepted a new role as HR Country Manager
Italy and she relocated back in her home Country.  More recently
Alessandra held the position of HR Leader, North Italy, Greece and Croatia
as well as playing a critical role in the development of the North Africa
region.

From April 2014 she has accepted the role of HR Leader, Switzerland. In
her new role, she is responsible for managing and enhancing the One
Country organization in Switzerland. Canton Vaud, were she moved back in
July 2014 is now home for Alessandra, her husband and their 3 kids.

In addition to her native Italian she speaks English and French .
